We Made It!!!


**This is the main office to the apartment building, it is all marble inside so yea, I would say they are making a lot of money!

So far, I am not the best blogger but hopefully I will get better. We made it to Florida in 3 1/2 days driving a penske (that's a lot of driving!) and it is soooo hot here! The first day we got here and started moving our things in was for sure the hottest day so far...that or we weren't used to the humidity yet. Our street is lined with palm trees and our apartment turned out to be as nice as it looked online (yep, we signed on an apartment we had never seen)! We drove by the beach but I haven't actually been to the beach yet. Unpacking takes a long time!
The only drawback from the beautiful scenery is the water. The water here is really horrible tasting. I think they get it from the ocean but it is not filtered or purified all the way so there is still a salty, seashell taste too it. Bottled water is our best friend:) Adam started orientation on Monday and I have applied a few places but the job search is still on. Anyone know of any jobs in Naples?

    Oh my goodness!! I did not even know you had moved. So, you've probably been way busy...but your apartment looks nice and it looks like you're on more of a vacation :) Hope you guys are getting settled well and good luck finding a new job.

    What the nice place??! We're so excited for you! I hope you get settled in okay and tell Adam that he needs to get you the jump drive that you can put your SD card in...then you don't have to make any CD's and it's so convenient! Post pictures of your apartment as soon as you can!

    it looks awesome caca!!! I am jealous that Florida gets you for 3 years :( I already miss you tons and tons! Stockton keeps asking when erica is coming to help him make a "fot" so we will have to pencil it in during x-mas!! Love you!

    I am so happy you guys made it! I've been thinking of you because Ella wore that adorable dress on Sunday. I'll post pictures of her in it because it is so darling. I hope you find a job really quickly. I'm so happy for you guys and can't wait to hear more about your new adventures.

    So before I read the post I totally thought that picture of your apt. office was your house and I was like HOLY COW!! So your apartments look really nice from the pics you put up! I can't believe you are all the way in Florida! You got the south part right but it's supposed to be southwest...not south east. :-) There aren't any apartments that look like that here in los alamos though...so maybe you chose well! Anyway, I added you to our blog roll so I'm excited to start hearing all about the fun adventures of the Hensleys! Miss you!
